Elevators not available
Given the resort’s unique layout—set on a cliffside and fully surrounded by nature—it does not have elevators. All services, such as the beach, swimming pool, restaurants, and rooms, are only accessible via stairways interspersed with walkways and terraces.
Beach access times
According to the ordinance issued by the Gaeta Port Authority, access to the beach is not permitted after 7:00 PM.
Pets not allowed
We have tried several times in the past to welcome small- and medium-sized dogs. However, as we do not have a dedicated space for them, the animals were often left in guest rooms for the entire day. Following complaints from other guests, we noticed that dogs left alone in an unfamiliar environment would bark nonstop, disturbing everyone at the Resort. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot accept pets of any kind at this time.
Mobile phone coverage
Because the Hotel is located along a stretch of coastline outside the urban area, coverage by various mobile operators is not optimal. Vodafone and Wind provide good 5G coverage in this area, but TIM’s coverage is more problematic. In some parts of the Hotel, their signal may be completely unavailable. As a result, we have made sure Wi-Fi is widely available throughout the property. An internet connection is provided in all guest rooms and common areas.
Distance from the City Center
Although the Hotel is only 5 km from the center of Gaeta, walking along Via Flacca is not recommended, as it is often busy during the summer months and lacks sidewalks. If you do not have a car, it is always best to travel by bus, which stops directly outside the Hotel, or by taxi.
