Rooms
Yes, you’re welcome to arrive as early as 1:00 PM. While you wait for your room to be ready, you can use the beach and pool at no extra charge.
Absolutely. You can store your luggage at reception when you check in (if you arrive in the morning and want to start enjoying the facilities) or on the day of check-out.
Certainly! Simply indicate in the reservation notes that you’d like adjacent rooms. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Please note that some room types may be located in different buildings (e.g. Deluxe Rooms are in a separate building from Standard Rooms).
Unfortunately, we do not offer connecting rooms.
Yes! It’s best to request a crib in advance so we can confirm availability. A cot is available for an additional fee of €25.00 per day.
Yes. We have 1 Family Superior with a terrace, 1 Family Superior with a balcony, and 2 Family Garden-Floor Rooms. Each features a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children or one teenager up to 17 years old. To check availability and rates, just enter the correct number of guests on our online booking page, and the system will automatically show the available rooms and best offers.
Usually, due to space constraints, we can’t add an extra bed to a double room. However, we can check availability of our family rooms for you.
Both the beach and the pool areas are equipped with changing rooms and hot showers where you can freshen up.
If you book directly through our official website or by phone, once you’ve checked out of your room (by 11:00 AM), you can still use the beach and pool until 7:00 PM. During peak season, additional fees may apply.
Late check-out depends on availability, which can only be confirmed on the morning of your departure. The extra fee is €50.00 if you leave the room by 3:00 PM, and €90.00 if you leave by 6:00 PM.
Beach & Pool
Unfortunately, we can’t reserve specific sunbeds or umbrellas. Simply head to the beach or pool and choose any unoccupied spot you like.
According to the local Harbor Master’s ordinance, the beach is off-limits whenever no lifeguard is present. For this reason, the beach gate opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 7:00 PM.
Our beach is situated in a naturally small inlet, so its size can change depending on storms or adverse weather conditions. Even when it’s quite small, we can still guarantee a spot (two sunbeds and one umbrella) for all our guests, thanks to our solarium and multiple sea-level terraces.
The beach is within the property and is reached via stairways interspersed with paths, terraces, and gardens. There are no elevators.
Our panoramic pool terrace isn’t large enough for all guests at the same time, but most people prefer the beach, so sunbed availability by the pool is usually fine.
No, only the outdoor Jacuzzi is heated.
Yes! Although your room is guaranteed from 3:00 PM onward, you can check in at 1:00 PM, store your luggage at reception, and head to the pool at no extra charge. Both the beach and the pool offer convenient changing rooms and hot showers.
Our main priority is to guarantee beach access for our in-house guests, so accommodating external visitors can be difficult. You’re welcome to check with reception for availability. Additional fees may apply.
We ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM on departure day, but you may continue using the pool until 7:00 PM at no extra cost.
Restaurants & Bar
No, we don’t offer half-board or full-board. However, our Restaurants and Snack Bar are open daily with an à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner.
Absolutely. Both “La Veranda” and “La Terrazza degli Ulivi” feature vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Yes! We recommend mentioning any intolerances or allergies at the quote/request stage or upon confirming your booking. Our Concierge will guide you and notify both the kitchen and Maître d’ so they can prepare accordingly.
Definitely! Our kitchen is fully equipped for young guests’ needs. Just let the Concierge know upon arrival, or inform the restaurant’s Maître d’.
Miscellaneous
No, we currently don’t have any children’s entertainment or kids’ club.
In order to maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment, we don’t offer adult entertainment programs.
