Can I already book summer 2027 at Grand Hotel Le Rocce?

Which 2027 offer is the best value?
It depends on the stay. Early Booking 2027 goes up to 30% off for stays of at least 7 nights in any period of the season. Midweek 2027 also reaches 30%, but only from Monday to Thursday. August Early Booking gives 30% off stays of at least 7 nights in August.
If I book a year ahead, can I still cancel?
Yes. All three offers can be cancelled or amended up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, with a full refund of everything paid. After that deadline, in case of a no-show or an early departure, the amount paid is retained.
How much is payable at the time of booking?
Early Booking 2027 and August Early Booking require a security deposit of 30% of the total amount, with the balance settled at the hotel. Midweek 2027 requires full prepayment of the stay, which remains refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
Is there a minimum stay?
Early Booking 2027 and August Early Booking require a minimum of 7 nights. Midweek 2027 is reserved for stays falling between Monday and Thursday.
What is included in the rate?
All offers include the buffet breakfast, on-site parking, access to the private beach with sunbeds, parasol and beach towels, the panoramic pool with hydromassage area, the Technogym fitness area and high-speed Wi-Fi. None of these carries a supplement.
Can the offers be combined?
No. Each offer stands alone and cannot be combined with other promotions. The booking engine automatically shows the rate applicable to the dates you select.
Is it better to book on the official website or through a booking portal?
On the official website. The 2027 offers are published here first and the Best Available Rate is the lowest price available online. Find a lower price on a booking portal for the same stay and the same conditions, let us know and we will match it or beat it.
How far is Grand Hotel Le Rocce from Rome and Naples?
The Resort is about 90 km from Rome and about 100 km from Naples, on the coast between the two. The nearest railway station is Formia-Gaeta, 12 km away, with direct trains reaching either city in around an hour. Rome Fiumicino airport is roughly two hours away by car, Naples Capodichino a little over an hour.
Can I visit Rome or Pompeii on a day trip from the hotel?
Yes, and many guests do. The Vatican Museums, the Colosseum, Pompeii, Herculaneum and the Royal Palace of Caserta are all within day-trip range, by train from Formia-Gaeta or by private car with driver. You keep your room and return to the sea in the evening.
Do I need a car to stay here?
No, though the Resort is outside the town and there is no shuttle service. Transfers are handled by the local licensed drivers we work with: the station or port at Formia costs around 30 to 35 euro for one to three people. On-site parking is free and always available if you do drive.
Can the hotel arrange airport transfers and excursions by car?
Yes. We book private cars with driver through a local licensed operator for airports, railway stations, Rome, Naples and the outlets, with at least 72 hours' notice. We can also collect you from central Rome or Naples if you are staying there before coming to the coast. One caveat on city pickups: limited traffic zones in central Rome are closed to private hire vehicles, so the meeting point is agreed just outside the restricted area.
How do I get to Ponza or the Pontine Islands?
Ferries and hydrofoils sail from Formia, 12 km from the Resort, and from Terracina. Hydrofoils take a little over an hour, car ferries longer. You can go over and back in a day, or keep your room here and spend a night on the island. Palmarola has no scheduled service and is reached by boat from Ponza.
Are there designer outlets nearby?
Two, both around an hour and a half by car: La Reggia Designer Outlet near Caserta and Castel Romano Designer Outlet south of Rome. We arrange the car with driver and the driver waits for you, with 72 hours' notice.
Can I book a private boat trip along the coast?
Yes. Alongside the scheduled ferries, we work with Guaza Charter, a local partner of five years, on private boat excursions along the Riviera di Ulisse and out to the islands, including sunset aperitivo trips. These are tailor-made charters and are priced accordingly, well above the cost of a ferry ticket.
